To deliver the best possible web experience, we collect technical information about your internet connection and browser as well as the country and telephone code where your computer is located, the web pages viewed during your visit, the advertisements you clicked on, and any search terms you entered. Your social media username, if you interact with us through those channels, to help us respond to your comments, questions or feedback.
6. How we protect your personal data
We know how much data security matters to all our customers. With this in mind we will treat your data with the utmost care and take all appropriate steps to protect it.
We secure access to all transactional areas of our websites and apps using 'https' technology.
Access to your personal data is password-protected, and sensitive data such as payment card information) is secured and tokenised to ensure it is protected.
We regularly monitor our system for possible vulnerabilities and attacks, and we carry out penetration testing to identify ways to further strengthen security.

Apart from adding your property details to other property websites that we advertise on, as per our contractual obligation to you, we only share your details with trusted third parties when your express permission is given - ie when the option is selected: 'Allow iconfirm.health Property selected partners to contact me about similar properties.' If you are contacted by a "vendor or expert" via the iconfirm.health message system and then reply back or contact that "vendor or expert" we will consider you have provided consent to provide your email address to that "vendor or expert" in some circumstances. You can control access to you and your information by "opting-out" via the message system by blocking sending of notifications of new messages or deleting your details from the system after login.

12. Cookies and tracking
Like most websites, we use "cookies" to enable us to personalise your visits to this website, simplify the signing-in procedure, keep track of your preferences and to track the usage of this website. Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored in the hard drive of your computer by your browser. Your browser will have the option to prevent websites using cookies (your browser's help screen or manual will tell you how to do this), but please note that this may reduce the functionality of this Site and other websites.
Like all websites, our servers automatically record "log files" containing information about the volume and characteristics of our website traffic e.g. IP address, numbers of pages viewed, length of time spent on site. We use log files to build pictures of how our site is used that help us to monitor and improve the service. We cannot identify you from your log files.
Third Party Cookies and tracking
Google's use of the DART cookie enables it and its partners to serve ads to iconfirm.health users based on their visit to iconfirm.health and/or other sites on the Internet.
We use Google Analytics to analyze the use of our website and to improve it. With the statistics created we can improve our services and make it more interesting for you. In case personal data is being transferred to the USA, Google has submitted to the EU-US Privacy Shield, https://www.privacyshield.gov/EU-US-Framework.
